The Rod Sheer Cancer Foundation is organized exclusively for charitable purposes in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service.
All contributions and donations are tax deductible and a note of receipt will be sent in appreciation and for tax purposes.
In addition to monetary contributions the RSCF accepts donations of any kind including goods, services, and even the gift of time.

Memorial Gifts
To donate in memorial of a loved one please print out and complete this form and send it with your check or money order to the address above. You will receive a receipt for tax purposes and the recipient will receive a card letting them know a donation was made in their name or in honor of a lost loved one.

Donating Goods or Services
So many times families and friends must drop everything to travel to be with a loved one who is battling cancer. Many times people leave their homes with little more than the clothes on their backs. Gift Certificates for hotel stays, restaurants, and discount stores are used for people who must travel away from their primary home and who are coping with a loved one's extended hospital stay.
Gift certificates and cards can be sent the same as check or money order.
Designating Gifts & Donations
Battling Cancer is often a humbling a pride swallowing experience. Donations may be designated for specific patients & families by sending your donation along with this form. Any donor may choose to remain anonymous.
By donating directly or in memorial you will be added to the RSCF mailing list and will receive periodic updates by email or post.
The Rod Sheer Cancer Foundation will never sell its list in whole or in part to any 3rd party.
