Corporate Run

This is the second year that Berenfeld, Spritzer, Shechter and Sheer, CPAs has participated as a firm in the Miami Corporate Run. RSCF Director, Rebecca Sheer was the team captain and also a participant. There were 25 people from BSSS who joined the festivities. The 5K (3.1 Mile) Race was held in Miami, FL on May 6, 2004. All of Bayfront Park was filled with tents of people, food and lots of bottled water as approximately 18,000 people ran and walked 5 kilometers on a hot Florida evening. This year out Team wore t-shirts that held the Berenfeld Spritzer Shechter and Sheer logo on the front and The Rod Sheer Cancer Foundation logo on the back. Our scripted 'S' was the background for our web site address letting people know where to find us - getting the word out. A portion of the proceeds from the race (including a portion of the cost of the t-shirt screening and the dinner catering) are donated to the local chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
